The retreat February 6th was
another awesome success I am hosting another Saturday March 19th!
Evolve continues with new presenters giving
you tools to attain your best life. For
the first time in public, the dynamic duo my mom Gail and myself will move you
physically and mentally. Four presenters
in all to be released soon. Please sign

Being mindful about your
energy and health can be a job on its own, especially during the flu and
allergy season. The job is super
important and you just gotta give it your best!
Here are some tips for you to perform and be productive:
1.
Listen to your
body.
2.
Get rest, zzz’s
my friend and as many as 8-9 hours
3.
Reduce your
cortisol and adrenaline. Why? They cause weight gain, deteriorate your
muscles you work so hard for and change your hormone levels.
4.
Eat clean and
warm foods.
5.
Change your
workout to less intense. Add recovery
like stretching and yoga.
